By providing one on one care to our participants we support you to achieve your goals and encouraging you to engage in your community through social interaction and recreational activities.
This could include activities such as attending a gym, visiting your local library, going to see a movie or concert or taking a trip.
To support the independence of our participants we assist you to take part in and improve upon existing skills as well as developing new skills in areas such as meal preparation, personal care, shopping and cleaning as required on an individual basis.
This provides you with the skills required to improve upon your independence and increase the abilities you require for daily living.
Supports in employment enable extra help to participants to assist them in achieving their employment goals.
This can include day to day assistance in the workplace, transition to work supports which could include assistance with training and travel to and from work, development of basic work skills and on the job support if required.
